Yoga authentically by nature is a spiritual practice, spirituality is not religious.
Throughout the practice we learn to become aware of our own nature whilst connecting to our true nature.
The purpose of yoga is to cultivate and develop self-regulation, awareness and higher consciousness within us individually.
In class we share the experience of being shown our true nature and the choices we have, yet it remains a very personal connection throughout.
